I've watched it about 10 times and I still can't work out why the hell she got punched in her face. Something about teenagers in her system?
Well, this viddy certainly asks more questions than it answers, ie: who are they? where are they? and why did that one lady punch the other lady? lol

Whoa. Seriously. I need to know the deal behind this. What is up with that lady...
all I can make out is:
punchee in red: They smoked marijuana together...
white-haired woman in purple: [gesturing to punchee] She is... [trails off / inaudible ]
punchee in red: ...did you know that, honey?
crazy puncher: Utter trash.
young woman in white: [gets guided aside]
punchee in red: Teri had THC in her system.
puncher's fist on punchee's face: [THE LOUDEST, HARDEST, and hopefully far-more-painful-to-imagine-than-it-actually-was SMACKING SOUND I'VE EVER HEARD IN MY LIFE]
observers off camera: ohhh.
puncher/girl: [stomp away]
Perhaps a court case...? My guess is that puncher is Teri's mom and punchee is the dude of some dude Teri fell in with. Or something like that...
I looked it up on the internet but all I could find was "At a PTA meeting a lady gets into a disagreement with a fellow parent and puntches her face in.".
You half expect her face to collapse. That's painful to watch.
